The Lebanese resistance movement Hezbollah has congratulated Iran on the great achievement of reaching a memorandum of understanding with the United States that ends the US-Israeli aggression on the country and its allies in the region.
In a statement issued on Monday, Hezbollah said the agreement, which is set to be signed in the coming days, represents a major breakthrough that will help achieve a comprehensive ceasefire on all fronts, including Lebanon.

Hezbollah described the achievement as the fruit of the legendary steadfastness, exceptional resilience, and immense sacrifices made by the Iranian people and their wise leadership. The movement particularly appreciated the Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei, the Iranian government, the IRGC, and the people of Iran for insisting that any agreement must also cover Lebanon.
Hezbollah stressed that the ceasefire will be a prelude to the complete liberation of occupied Lebanese territories and warned that there will be no return to the status quo before March 2. The resistance group vowed to remain the vigilant guardian of Lebanon and its people against any future aggression.
