Hezbollah has issued a strongly worded statement condemning the ongoing Israeli military aggression against Lebanon, criticizing the Lebanese government for continuing a fruitless negotiation framework amid escalating violence, destruction, and civilian casualties. Pointing to recent deadly strikes resulting in multiple martyrs and injuries, the group denounced what it termed complete international silence and blatant U.S. complicity.
The statement argues that claims by Lebanese authorities that direct negotiations and the framework agreement are achieving gains are completely refuted by the continuous spilling of Lebanese blood and the systemic demolition of villages. While acknowledging the importance of releasing Lebanese detainees, Hezbollah emphasized that this cannot justify turning a blind eye to ongoing occupation or continuing a failing diplomatic path.

Furthermore, the group accused the authorities of pursuing an absurd and unconstitutional course that grants the enemy time to impose its conditions and blackmail Lebanon. Hezbollah called on national leaders to reconsider their approach, abandon political bickering, and unite behind national constants to protect the country’s sovereignty against foreign aggression.
