Speaking at a local ceremony held with the participation of senior commanders and officials at the Army General Staff in Tehran, Rear Admiral Sayyari stated that modern warfare is a test of will and endurance through hardship, an area where Iran’s powerful armed forces have proven highly successful. He emphasized that the nation’s military forces maintain a decisive upper hand in every aspect over an adversary armed to the teeth.
Despite enduring severe and prolonged economic sanctions, the country’s army has successfully stood on its own feet, providing necessary facilities and executing its missions to the highest standard. “Defending the national sovereignty, territorial integrity, and the sublime values of the Islamic Revolution is the main mission of the armed forces of the country,” Sayyari declared.

Highlighting the technological disparity, the Rear Admiral noted that Iran has stood firm against an enemy equipped with the world’s most advanced military technology and warfare. He expressed immense pride that despite facing a globally equipped adversary, the country’s military has managed to achieve nearly all of its strategic goals in this ongoing war of endurance.
