US-Iran talks in Switzerland cancelled due to Israeli aggression on Lebanon

Switzerland’s Foreign Ministry has confirmed that the US-Iran negotiations scheduled for Friday in Bern have been cancelled.

According to the Swiss Foreign Ministry, US Vice President JD Vance has also cancelled his trip. Iran decided to postpone its participation due to the Israeli regime’s ongoing criminal aggression and attacks on Lebanon.

Iran has repeatedly stated that any agreement with the United States must include a complete ceasefire and end to aggression in Lebanon. The Islamic Republic remains firm in its support for the Axis of Resistance and will not accept any deal that compromises the rights or security of Lebanon.
