Israeli airstrikes kill civilians in Tyre southern Lebanon

Itamar Ben-Gvir, the extremist Israeli minister for security affairs, has openly called for the kidnapping of Lebanese women and youth as a means to exert pressure on the Hezbollah resistance movement.

Ben-Gvir made the proposal during a security cabinet meeting on Tuesday while discussing ways to escalate military operations in Lebanon.

He said that in addition to killing Hezbollah fighters and occupying territory, abducting women and youth and taking them to prisons “is what hurts them the most.”

This statement reveals the criminal and terrorist nature of the Israeli regime’s approach. Israeli forces continue their aggression in southern Lebanon despite the fragile ceasefire, causing heavy civilian casualties and displacement.
