Pakistan Mediation Iran US: Pakistani newspaper says efforts to end Iran-US war have reached sensitive stage

According to the Pakistani newspaper Express Tribune, efforts to stop the war between Iran and the United States have entered a sensitive stage.

The report comes as Pakistan’s Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi is in Tehran for the third consecutive day. The newspaper writes that Pakistan, along with other regional countries, is making serious efforts to reach an agreement aimed at officially ending the Iran-US war and establishing a framework for resolving disputed issues.

Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry spokesman stated in a press briefing that Pakistan, as a mediator and facilitator, has never disclosed the contents of the ongoing diplomatic talks and remains committed to confidentiality. He emphasized that Pakistan’s efforts to find a solution to the regional crisis will continue.
