Pakistan’s Interior Minister Syed Mohsin Naqvi visited the holy shrine of Imam Reza (A.S.) in Mashhad on Monday night and offered prayers at the sacred Haram.
During the visit, he also held a brief meeting with Mustafa Fayzi, the deputy custodian of Astan Quds Razavi.

Mohsin Naqvi expressed gratitude to Astan Quds Razavi for the excellent facilities, hospitality and efforts made to ease the ziyarat for Pakistani pilgrims. He also prayed for peace, stability and better conditions for the Iranian nation amid the current regional situation and challenges faced by Iran.
Mustafa Fayzi highlighted the special status of Pakistani pilgrims and said that Astan Quds Razavi is continuously taking steps for their service and comfort. He also mentioned special arrangements being made for Pakistani Arbaeen pilgrims transiting through Iran to the holy shrines.
