The Israeli terrorist regime has carried out fresh attacks on southern Beirut, targeting Dahiyeh where Hezbollah’s headquarters are located, despite US objections that such strikes could provoke an Iranian response.
Reports on Sunday said multiple explosions were heard in the Al-Mreijeh area of Dahiyeh after the regime fired three missiles at a building.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and War Minister Israel Katz claimed in a joint statement that the strike was in response to Hezbollah’s continued resistance.

This attack comes despite earlier warnings from Iran that any strike on Beirut would be considered a violation of the ceasefire. Iran has repeatedly stated that any agreement with the US must include an end to aggression on Lebanon and Hezbollah. The Israeli regime continues its brutal campaign against Lebanon, killing thousands and displacing nearly two million people.
