Iran’s Parliament Speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf has stated that Iran is no longer a target of easy threats for its enemies. He added that the experience of confronting two US-Israeli wars has proven that Iran is fully capable of delivering harsh and decisive responses to any aggression.
In a message on the occasion of the passing anniversary of the founder of the Islamic Republic, Imam Khomeini, Qalibaf said the era of threatening Iran without facing consequences has clearly ended.
Inspired by Imam Khomeini’s teachings, the Iranian nation has shown in recent confrontations with the United States and the Israeli regime that it will never surrender to pressure.
“Imam Khomeini taught the Iranian nation not to retreat in the face of bullying and domination… any aggression will be met with a decisive, regretful, and proportionate response,” the speaker said.

Qalibaf also paid tribute to Martyr Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, the martyred Leader of the Islamic Revolution, who was assassinated in a US-Israeli airstrike on February 28.
“With his pure blood, Martyr Khamenei ensured the continuation of Imam Khomeini’s path and raised the flag of dignity, independence, and resistance even higher,” Qalibaf said.
He stressed that millions of Iranians, following the teachings of Imam Khomeini and Martyr Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, will continue to resist all foreign attempts to undermine Iran’s independence.
