Chabahar Gwadar Cooperation: Iranian delegation signs MoU with Gwadar Port Authority to strengthen trade and transit links

The Iranian delegation from the Chabahar Free Zone during their visits to Karachi and Gwadar met with Pakistani officials and emphasized cooperation on ports transit logistics and barter trade.

The Vice President of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry FPCCI Nasir Khan said that with strategic coordination and the removal of technical trade barriers achieving 10 billion dollars in bilateral trade within a few years is highly feasible.

During these visits a memorandum of understanding MoU was signed between the Chabahar Free Zone and the Gwadar Port Authority and both sides agreed to expand cooperation between Irans border provinces and Pakistans Sindh province.
