Israeli aggression on Lebanon has killed 4,386 people and injured 12,424 between March 2 and October 10, according to Lebanon’s Public Health Ministry. The figures, part of the ministry’s latest cumulative count, were reported by Middle East Eye, while Yemen’s Al Masirah TV carried the same toll citing the Lebanese ministry.

Israeli aggression on Lebanon: 8,953 martyred since October 2023

The ministry said the overall toll from Israeli attacks since October 8, 2023 has risen to 8,953 dead and 30,660 injured. By these official figures, nearly half of all Lebanese martyred since October 2023 were killed in the seven and a half months since March 2, a period in which more than 12,000 people were also wounded.

The figures come as Israeli attacks continue across several areas of southern Lebanon, leaving residents of border towns living under constant threat and adding to the toll almost daily.
