Ali Akbar Velayati, senior advisor to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution and former Foreign Minister of Iran, has issued a strong warning to Donald Trump.

Velayati said Trump’s barren diplomacy in Beijing and his empty-handed return, along with the exposure of Netanyahu’s secret visit to Abu Dhabi and the Pentagon’s unclear data constructions, all point to a deep crisis in Washington.
In such circumstances, Trump’s threats — fueled by Tel Aviv’s winds — amount to stepping into a strategic trap.
“Falling into the well with Israel’s rope carries heavy costs,” Velayati warned. “Soon, Washington will have to search for the remaining pieces of its reputation in West Asia with a torch.”
