The farewell ceremonies for the martyred Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, will begin at Imam Khomeini Mosalla in Tehran.

- Saturday, July 4, 2026 (13 Tir) from 6:00 AM
- Sunday, July 5, 2026 (14 Tir) until Maghrib Azan
Funeral Procession in Tehran:
- Monday, July 6, 2026 (15 Tir) from 6:00 AM

These ceremonies are part of the national mourning for the martyred Leader, who was assassinated in a US-Israeli airstrike on February 28. Millions of Iranians are expected to participate in the historic farewell events to pay tribute to the great Leader who stood firm on the path of resistance and Islamic awakening. Further funeral processions are scheduled in Qom and Mashhad.
