Strait of Hormuz Toll System: Iran and Oman Discuss Permanent Fees for Safe Passage

Strait of Hormuz Toll System

Iranian Navy (IRGC) has successfully coordinated the safe passage of 35 commercial ships through the Strait of Hormuz in the past 24 hours.

According to the Public Relations Office of the IRGC Navy, the ships including oil tankers, container ships, and other commercial vessels passed after obtaining permission and under the security protection of the IRGC Navy.

This successful transit took place despite the tense and unsafe situation created in the Strait due to US military aggression. Iran has provided a secure maritime corridor for ships and global trade.

It is noteworthy that US President Trump had tried to turn this strategic waterway into “Trump Strait” in an attempt to establish American dominance over international trade and oil routes.
