How to request a correction
Send the article URL, the specific statement in question and supporting evidence through our contact page. We review credible requests against available primary and reliable sources.
What happens after review
Minor spelling or formatting errors may be fixed without a note when they do not alter meaning. A material factual correction, clarification or significant update will be identified in the article where appropriate. We do not silently change a story in a way that alters its central meaning.
Opinions and disputes
A disagreement with analysis or opinion is not automatically a factual error. However, factual claims within opinion content remain subject to correction.
